Mark Brooks, Managing DirectorMr. Brooks has had a long and successful career at Merrill Lynch, where he served as President of Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co., and Director of Operations, Systems and Compliance for the Merrill Lynch Banks. He later developed his own consulting business specialized in cash rationalization. He has built and launched a wholesale bank sweep deposit service.

François Odouard, Managing DirectorMr. Odouard was General Manager of the Retail Brokerage business at American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial), and subsequently Director of the CitiGold offering at Citibank. Earlier in his career he was a management consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group where he served clients in the retail banking, brokerage and payment industries.
