For one of the top three discount brokers: cash strategy.
We led a cash strategy definition project, designed as a wedge into the mass-affluent segment. The deposit, lending and payment offering was designed to support asset gathering and feed into investment products. In addition to the offer design, pricing frameworks and customer management strategies, the project delivered a detailed implementation roadmap. This strategic project was conducted at the most senior executive level, and became the foundation for the firm's new cash gathering strategy.

For a top full-service brokerage firm: non-purpose lending revitalization plan.
Our client wanted to re-energize its non-purpose lending business. We led a hands-on project focused on pricing and risk management. We redesigned the collateral monitoring process, and delivered detailed business requirements for a new state-of-the-art system. The business subsequently experienced an inflection point in its growth trajectory.

For a large regional bank brokerage: sweep migration strategy.
We helped our client revamp its deposit offering, develop an on-balance sheet, FDIC insured product, and design a segmented pricing approach. Special attention was placed on the integration of the bank and brokerage offers, as well as the segmented migration plan to minimize cannibalization of existing deposit balances. This tactical project paved the way for a multi-million dollar spread revenue increase.
